A Proven and Scientific Approach

Our Program

Our Individual Smoking Cessation program includes 3 sessions.*

First Session: Your Stop Date

After the first session, you will be energized and ready for change. During this session, about an hour and a half to two hours in length, you will strengthen your goals for what you want in your life, and what you don’t want in your life anymore.  You will then be guided into a relaxing hypnosis session, and given positive suggestions for smoking cessation.

Second Session: Reinforcement

In the second session, we reinforce the changes that you have made and lock in your desire to live free of the control that the cigarettes had on you.

Supporting Materials You Will Receive

We want you to be successful. On your very first session, we will show you multiple techniques for reducing a craving. You will also receive:

  1. A Self-Hypnosis Follow-Up CD or MP3
  2. A powerful technique condensed to one page to keep with you so you can rapidly reduce cravings or other unhelpful emotions
  3. Complimentary Phone Support (up to an hour during the program).

Optional Third Session: Follow-up

Also included is a third “follow-up” session to be used anytime within the next 120 days. This session can be used as a “tune up,” to prevent relapses, or simply to experience the deep relaxation that hypnosis has to offer.
